Question: In Mass Effect how can I eliminate overheating?

Answer: It is possible to eliminate overheating on your assault rifle, etc. in Mass Effect by upgrading with the Frictionless Materials upgrade. Unfortunately, it doesn’t show up until I hit level 43. Shortly thereafter I found it in a random crate. Once you equip with Frictionless Materials you just hold down the trigger and the rifle will never overheat.

Problem with Nambu, EventBox, or other Twitter client

If you’re having a problem logging in with a Twitter client and you know your credentials are correct you may be suffering from a “Bad Certificate” error that occurs when OS X cannot confirm the identity of a website. Nambu will actually list a “Bad Certificate Error” while EventBox will simply not accept your login name and password.

Fixing it is easy: log onto Twitter with Safari and when the Trust Certificate box comes up agree to always trust twitter.com . Now when you go back to the client it should log in without a problem.
